Concession Talks Stalled by State of Illinois with Local 700 Illinois State Police and Master Sergeants

Concession talks with Local 700 Illinois State Police and Master Sergeants have been stalled by the State of Illinois. There has been no indication on the State's part to discuss the Local Union's proposals for a concession package.
