IBT Officially Ends Trusteeship of Teamsters Local 700

Joint Council 25 President John T. Coli presented newly-seated Local 700 officials with an official letter from the International Brotherhood of Teamsters on January 12 which declared the end of Local 700’s trusteeship.

“It’s an honor for myself and Secretary-Treasurer Becky Strzechowski to be able to serve our membership and to receive this official documentation from the IBT,” said Local 700 President William P. Logan. “This is the next great step for Local 700 and we’re eager to see what comes next.”
